  • Yes, if the overall value of your batteries is greater than the recycling costs, we will pay you accordingly. We will always try to pay you a fair rate, but transportation, labor, and recycling costs may make that impossible.

  • Call us at (732) 287-2442 or fill out the "Request a Pick Up" form to begin the recycling process. We will then provide you with a proposal to pickup your batteries/e-waste + a pickup timeframe.

  • It generally takes between 1 to 10 business days for us to pick-up your e-waste. Next-day pick-up options are available for an additional charge.

  • You can drop them off at our main headquarters, located at 1950 Rutgers University Blvd., Suite 103, Lakewood, NJ 08701. Or at our affiliated company, East Coast Electronics Recycling, located at 68 Walker Rd., Shirley, MA 01464.

  • We provide battery recycling pick-up services nationwide, except for Alaska and Hawaii.

  • We accept all types of batteries as long as they're undamaged.

  • No appointment is needed; you can bring your batteries & e-waste to our main headquarters or our affiliated company during working hours. If you are bringing a large quantity of batteries (200 lbs. or more), we please ask that you call an hour beforehand, so we will be ready.

  • Yes, we provide certificates of recycling based on the weight of the batteries & e-waste recycled. We can provide a list of the serial numbers from any electronics we recycled for an additional charge.

  • We recycle anything with a plug or battery + more! This includes but is not limited to, televisions, monitors, computers, laptops, hard drives, circuit boards, freon appliances, printers, fax machines, medical equipment, microscopes, routers, credit card readers, & much more!

  • Battery recycling recovers precious & base metals such as lithium, cobalt, nickel, & copper. We can recover gold, copper, aluminum, and other valuable materials by recycling electronics. Recycling e-waste reduces environmental pollution and is better for everyone.

  • All hard drives are removed from computers/laptops and are then physically destroyed or wiped which ensures all of your data has been destroyed. Devices like phones and tablets undergo a factory reset which removes any data on the device.
